Currently, Ota Ward is the only area in Tokyo legally permitted for vacation rentals as a National Strategic Special Zone, with excellent access from Haneda Airport, the gateway to the skies. It is also an area where the vacation rental business is thriving in anticipation of the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. In June of this year, “THE AOCA│Apartment of Contemporary Art, Tokyo” (hereinafter, AOCA), an art apartment dedicated to vacation rentals, was born in Omori, Ota Ward.
